Q777 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Rules of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the q777 platform, available at q777.cash, including all sports betting, Live Casino, poker, roulette, and other game modes offered. q777 is operated by a duly incorporated company committed to applicable Brazilian law.

By registering on q777, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any service on the platform, you automatically confirm that:

• Has read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Is at least 18 years of age;

To create an account on q777, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Minimum age: At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Valid ID: Valid CPF registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Residence: the user must be domiciled in Brazil and physically located in Brazil when placing bets;
• Legal capacity: the user must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Single account: each CPF may be linked to only one active account on q777.

Registration requires your full name, date of birth, CPF, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile number with area code. Q777 accepts the following deposit methods, all in Brazilian reais (BRL), with no fees charged by the platform:

• Pix: instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário: credited within up to 1 business day after bank clearance;
• Credit or debit card: instant credit for debit, within 1 hour for credit;
• PicPay: instant credit;
• Mercado Pago: instant credit;
• TED Transfer: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks that support TED transfers.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but q777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value deposits, in accordance with compliance and anti-money laundering requirements.

Q777 does not store credit or debit card data on its servers. Card payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS certified partners, with end-to-end encryption.

Q777 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The platform does not charge any withdrawal fees.

The average processing time is 4 minutes after the request is submitted. q777 is committed to processing all withdrawals within 24 business hours, except in cases requiring additional identity verification. Withdrawals are processed automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

For a withdrawal to be processed without issues, the user must:

• Have the Pix key registered on q777 under the same CPF as the account;
• Have met any rollover requirements associated with active bonuses;
• Have completed the KYC verification process, if requested;
• No pending unsettled bets that could affect the balance available for withdrawal.

Q777 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving withdrawals that exceed certain amounts or show unusual patterns. These checks exist to protect users against fraudulent use of their accounts.

Q777 regularly offers bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus, cashback, free bets, poker freerolls, and event-specific promotions for the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and UFC cards. Each promotion has its own terms, communicated prior to activation.

General rules that apply to all q777 bonuses, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion:

• One bonus per promotion: each user may activate each bonus type only once, unless otherwise stated;
• Standard rollover: the welcome bonus has a 5x rollover on the bonus amount, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, within 30 calendar days;
• Markets eligible for rollover: single and multiple bets on sports and Live Casino with a minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Bets with odds below the minimum do not count toward the rollover;
• Cancelled or voided bets: do not count toward rollover requirements;
• Validity: the bonus and rollover period expire automatically at the end of the established deadline, with no extensions granted.

Q777 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with advance notice on the platform where possible. Systematic bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts or using hedging bets to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting") — may result in bonus cancellation and account restriction.

Bets placed on q777 are binding upon confirmation by the user. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in situations provided for in these Terms or in the specific rules of each betting type. q777 applies the following general rules for bet settlement:

• Official result: bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body responsible for the event (CBF, UFC, FIFA, etc.) or by the match referee;
• Bets on cancelled events: if an event is cancelled before it starts and is not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original date, all bets are voided and the full amount is returned to the balance;
• Bets on suspended events: if an event is suspended after it begins, bets are settled based on the score/result at the time of suspension, unless the suspension occurs before the minimum valid play threshold (as defined in each sport's rules);
• Participant substitution: in MMA/UFC bouts or other individual events, a fighter substitution before the event starts voids bets on that specific bout. If the replacement is announced with enough advance notice, new markets will be opened;
• Odds errors: q777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error. In such cases, the full staked amount is returned to the user.

Live (in-play) betting follows the same general rules, with necessary adaptations for the real-time context. Live odds are updated continuously and may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a game. q777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live markets and may suspend them at any time without prior notice.

The minimum bet per slip is R$ 1.00. There is no standard maximum bet limit, but q777 may set individual limits for certain accounts or markets, with prior notice to the affected user.

Q777 offers live casino games operated by internationally certified providers, with real-time live streaming. Blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and game show tables are run by real dealers, and outcomes are determined by the physics of the game — cards, wheel, dice — with no software intervention in the results.

Q777 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering;

• Extended account inactivity (more than 24 months without login), with prior email notice.

• Internet connection failures on the user's end;
• Failures by third-party payment providers;
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, critical infrastructure outages, government decisions, etc.);
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own security negligence.

Betting and gaming on q777 involve real financial risk. Users acknowledge that they may lose the amount wagered and that the outcomes of games and bets are not predictable. q777 does not guarantee financial returns to any user and does not offer betting advice as a paid service.

Q777's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount deposited by the user and still available in the account balance at the time of the event giving rise to the dispute.

The courts of the city of São Paulo – SP are hereby designated as the sole jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms, with all parties waiving any other venue, however privileged.
